Realm of Absolute: All that is is all That is. God is all things, omnipresent, there is nothing else, no polarities, no left or right, no right or wrong..there is only the absolute realm of unconditional LOVE.
1)Look into the mirror, whoo 3 times in a single breath, for conscious awareness
2) Breath exercise : Breathe in energy into body through the top of the head, inner eye, see qi flow into body and breath out through fee. Be aware of surrounding, BE AWAKE!
When one is aware, One KNOWS what to do, no need for rules.
JOY & HAPPINESS is created from within, not to be found.
U cant give what u dont have.
